We work exclusively on the basis of the General German Shipping Regulations (ADSp). As a deviation from legal liability, the liability of the expeditor, in accordance with § 23 ADSp for loss or damage of goods, is limited to 5 EURO per kilogram of raw weight of the shipment.

In a transportation contract on conveyance with various means of transport, as well as in major claims, they additionally increase the limitation to two special drawing rights and, beyond this, to 1 million, or 2 special drawing rights per kilogram for each claim, depending on which amount is higher.
